Following the first reported outbreak of Coronavirus in the UK, our priority has been and continues to be the health and wellbeing of our colleagues & partners, customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

We know that this is a worrying time, so we want to let you know that we are continuing to work on our client projects under our Business Continuity Plan.  We’re also liaising with the NHS, Public Health England and HM Government departments on a regular basis to ensure our plans continue to protect everyone we work with.

With this in mind, following advice from these bodies and to maintain our ability to support our customers – we are limiting customer face-to-face contact so any upcoming meetings may be moved to phone or video calls.

What we’re doing to protect our supply chain

Although we are already seeing an impact on the supply chain, we have a robust sourcing strategy which may in some cases lead to longer lead times, but ultimately deliverable. These relationships allow us to manage most risks – but the scale of this uncertainty remains difficult to predict.

We do however recommend that print orders in particular are considered earlier, and that quantities are increased to cover any disruption over the Summer of this year until the chain recovers.

Important note regarding exhibitions & events

We are already aware of a number of exhibitions & events across the UK & Europe that have been cancelled, and we expect further cancellations over the coming months due to Coronavirus.  We will of course update our customers on affected events as soon as we know.
