Bojangles Baby came to us as a new start-up company in 2012. They were retailing high-end and luxury designer baby clothes, childrenswear, gifts and accessories for mums, dads and kids…
From the outset Bojangles Baby wanted to have a functional web site that allowed them to process orders and payments seamlessly. But it had to be built in such a way that anybody within the organisation could update the site and stock levels.
Featuring powerful e-commerce technology, the web site based on their original web site synchronised with a data terminal installed with the client. This allowed it to automatically update stock; inform customers of despatched items, and process invoices and delivery notes.
We managed their initial social media setup and all of their direct marketing campaigns via email and by post. This also involved partnership deals with parenting organisations and baby clubs, generating interaction and product feedback.
The final outcome
This project was discontinued due as the owner has moved onto a new venture and sold the business. Unfortunately, the brand was not retained and thus our plan and the adorable baby boy featured in their logo gradually disappeared.
