In July 2017, we adopted the Professional Charter and Codes of Conduct defined by the Public Relations & Communications Association, of whom we encourage all of our team to become members to uphold the strongest possible standards.
Within our team, all staff and outside partners are held to this code of conduct and any suspected breach will be investigated.
The PRCA exists to uphold standards in the public relations and communications industry, which is why we have adhered to them. All members of the PRCA are automatically subscribed to the Codes of Conduct and Professional Charter and upholding the rules and standards set out are a continuous condition of membership to the PRCA.
